The screen that appears contains seventeen (17) tabs associated with the seventeen (17) benefits managed by the system.
For each benefit, edit the required fields:
From date: Start date of the period covered.
To date: End date of the period covered.
Gross premium: If known, enter the amount.
Fees: If known, enter the percentage.
Net premium: If known, enter the amount.
Benefits paid: If known, enter the amount.
Reserve: If known, enter the amount.
Claims incurred: If known, enter the amount.
Ratio Method: Choose the appropriate method.
Ratio: This is calculated automatically from the chosen "ratio method".
Status: Indicate "P" for a partial report (which does not cover a full experience period, such as a quarterly report). Enter "F" for a report corresponding to the end of an experience period.
Associated with: Enter the Divisions, Classes or Plans associated with this experience. |
